• Flexible hours for viewing properties, to meet your scheduling needs
  
  
• Networking with other realtors to find you the right home, sometimes before it hits the market
  
  
• Community and neighborhood information including school locations and recent scores
  
  
• Daily search of multiple databases for properties for sale, including for-sale-by-owner and foreclosure properties
  
  
•  Daily personal preview of homes of interest to you, to “search out” the best buys and the homes which meet your requirements
  
  
•  Negotiating skills to get you the best possible value in your new home
  
  
• Experience & technology to handle long-distance transactions for out-of-area or traveling buyers; the entire transaction can be easily and successfully completed by electronic signature, overnight mail, fax, email and telephone
  
  
• Referrals to trustworthy loan officers for loan preapproval, and referrals to local, reputable, thorough inspectors
  
  
• I’ll be personally present to represent you at inspections and completion & signing of paperwork.  I personally handle every detail of my buyer’s transactions
  
  
• I am available to you at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If I am at an appointment and you do not reach me when you call, I will always return your call the same day, usually within 1-2 hours
